Justin North, chef and proprietor of acclaimed Sydney restaurants Becasse and Etch is no stranger to awards, including being named GQ Chef of the Year 2010, Becasse having held on to two coveted Chef's Hats since 2003, Becasse named Best European Restaurant in Australia in 2009 and Justin named as Chef of the Year 2009 by the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. At Becasse he regularly hosts the popular "Producer's Lunch Forum" highlighting the work of innovative and dynamic producers. Justin's TV credits include guest spots on Masterchef Australia and Junior Masterchef.
Justin is passionate about "ethical eating" and sustainable produce.
