Consider yourself a top-notch meat lover? You'll relish the chance to watch one of New Zealand's best chefs, Al Brown, work his magic with venison. Al will also be introducing his new cook book Stoked, which celebrates cooking with meat and Al's love of the outdoors.

Al is a New Zealand chef, TV presenter, writer and restaurateur. He is co-owner of award winning Wellington restaurant, Logan Brown.

Al's recipe book Go Fish: Recipes and stories from the New Zealand Coast was the big winner at the 2010 New Zealand Post Book Awards, winning the People’s Choice Award and the Illustrated Non-Fiction category. As a TV presenter, Al co-presented the successful Hunger for the Wild  TV show, presented the Coasters  TV series and has completed filming for his new series Get Fresh with Al Brown.
