Information briefings – all you need to know about our plans for 2012, the application process, the online booking engine and some changes we’ve made this year. The locations and dates for these meetings are as follows:
Wairarapa - Tuesday 17 January, 4pm at the Greytown Library, Main Street, Greytown
Lower Hutt – Wednesday 18 January, 8am at The Dowse, 45 Laings Road
Wellington CBD – Wednesday 18 January, 3pm at the St James Theatre
Upper Hutt – Thursday 19 January, 2.30pm at the Mayfair Café
Kapiti – Wednesday 25 January, 3pm at the CleanTech Centre, 47 Miro Street, Otaki
Porirua – Thursday 26 January, 9am at the Chamber of Commerce, 20 Parumoana Street
1 February 2012:
Applications to be part of Visa Wellington On a Plate 2012 open.
Registrations to for suppliers and producers to showcase their wares at the Supplier Showcase close.
8 February 2012:
Supplier Showcase – a chance for producers and suppliers to showcase their wares to the region’s hospitality trade, and discuss Festival menus and events. Details to follow in January.
When: Wednesday 8 February 2012, 8.30am – 12.30pm
Where: The Atrium, Chaffers Dock Building, 1 Herd Street, Wellington (the location of the weekend City Market)

Applications to be part of Visa Wellington On a Plate 2012 close.
Early March 2012:
Applicants will be contacted regarding whether their application was successful.
30 March 2012:
Participation fees, signed Memorandum or Understanding and $100 meal voucher due.
18 June 2012:
Festival media launch – this is when we tell the Media all about the DINE Wellington restaurants and the various Festival Events involved.
24 July 2012:
Festival briefing for newbies (a pre-Festival briefing designed for first-time applicants).
Friday 10 August – Sunday 26 August 2012:
Visa Wellington On a Plate Festival period.
