Taste artisan cheeses from around New Zealand with a particular emphasis on Wellington regional cheeses and Kiwi cheese made in the English style e.g. Cheshire, Shropshire Blue, and Red Leicester. Wendy Adams from specialist cheese shop Cultured in Petone will take you through a tasting of all the cheeses and match them with Wairarapa wines. You'll also learn how to make and use mozzarella and what to do with your Wellington regional cheeses with recipes to take home.
