Bisque on Bolton's vibrant executive chef Steve Morris takes you on a journey through the Wairarapa to visit some of the Wellington region's top local producers. Start with a scenic drive to Lavender Green in Featherston, then enjoy a tasting at Escarpment vineyard, followed by lunch at Vynfields vineyard. The last stop of the tour will be at Olivo olive grove for a tour and tasting. Finally, take a scenic helicopter flight back to Wellington and finish the day with a gourmet meal at Bisque on Bolton and the night's accommodation at the Bolton Hotel.
