Get a table of friends together or come as you are and join Shed 5 for a seafood feast, served banquet style.
Start the night with a glass of bubbles and oysters before being seated at tables of 10. Enjoy an amuse-bouche, cold seafood platters (crayfish, ceviche, prawns, mussels and sashimi), followed by hot seafood (prawns, king crab and whole snapper) and then dessert presented by the chefs to round the evening off.
Each course will be matched with wine from Palliser Estate.
