Dockside Restaurant hosts three fantastic Martinborough winemakers Roger Parkinson from Nga Waka, Chris Archer from Archer McRae and Clive Patton from Ata Rangi.
The Pinot Noir from each winery will be matched to a three-course, locally sourced menu. Three Paddles Pinot will be matched with a duck confit ravioli; Archer McRae Pinot Noir will be accompanied by a seared venison loin and Ata Rangi Pinot Noir will be partnered with Wairarapa lamb rack.
