Start the evening with a glass of Bliss with Medici's signature dish of crispy duck spring rolls.
Celebrated chef and Cafe Medici owner Nick Arnold and the Vynfields' team will be putting together a a six-course degustation menu matched with award-winning organic wines at a long table setting.
Wines include the 2009 Reserve Pinot Noir Gold and Best in Class at London's IWSC and Wine NZ's 'Best Pinot Noir Over $30'.
All the wine and food is where possible from biodynamic, organic and regional producers.
