Utilising modern molecular techniques we've developed a sumptuous Manhattan style cocktail that honours the classic burger elements - bun, patty, cheese, gherkin, mustard & ketchup.
Each guest will have the opportunity to experience the aromas, tastes, textures and techniques of the Hawthorn Lounge Burger cocktail creation, in addition to sampling our newly created smoked cola spider to complete the 'diner' experience.
