Jacob Brown, inspired by his mentor, Sydney's Janni Kyristis, is co-ordinating and hosting Wellington's first ever Young Chefs dinner.
Jacob will work with five of Wellington's promising young chefs to create a five-course tasting menu. The chefs will be supported by a young winemaker.
