Food heroes and ice sculptors Paul Hoather (The White House) and Ian Hornblow (Moore Wilson Fresh) set out to create an iconic food related sculpture out of a block of ice in the piazza at Moore Wilson Fresh. The sculpture will take approximately three days to complete and will last at least another three days after that. This is food theatre. Ice sculpting is a popular feature at food events around the world. Watch this one unfold right before your eyes.
