Experience remarkable wine and sensational food to match it while being entertained by guest speakers from two fantastic Martinborough wineries. Magnificent wines from the cellars of Escarpment and Martinborough Vineyard are complemented by a six-course set menu designed by Hippopotamus Restaurant executive chef Laurent Loudeac. Guest speakers from both vineyards will talk through the wines being served and introduce some treasures from their cellars.
