Kai Hākari

Kai Hākari.

Hākari means 'feast, celebration, entertainment'. Cheeky Pipi chef Thomas Te Awa has designed a feast of Māori dishes including traditional rewena bread, delicious local kaimoana, highly-sought after hapuka ika (fish) and lamb rack crumbed with horopito, one of the earliest evolved flowering plants. Kūmara pai rounds out the offering. Beverages include award-winning local wines and Tuatara beers. Māori entertainers will create a celebratory ambience.
