Master your fear of pastry making with a hands-on course run by Julie Clark of Floriditas Bakery. You'll make sweet, short, choux and puff pastries, learn both the creamed and rubbed methods of pastry making, some professional tricks for lining pastry in tins and a range of baking techniques. Then Julie will take you through three styles of tart fillings to give you many uses for your new pastry skills. Enjoy tastings of each during the class and receive all the recipes to take home. Limited to just six people at each tutored session.
