Capitol's head chef Tom loves his wood fired oven. He built it himself. And he's going to plonk it on a trailer and park it outside Capitol for a night of shared platters, communal fun and family dining. Think southern Italy, rosemary and anchovy-rubbed legs of lamb, cripsy prochetta, bubbling flat bread, seasonal salads and cheap and cheerful Italian wines. It's going to be a little slice of the Mediterranean on the pavement of Kent Terrace. Bring a hearty appetite. Price excludes beverages.
