A culinary cooking challenge for home cooks and budding TV chef contestants. At Elements Cooking School in Lyall Bay, ten competitors will do battle over three hours taking on three hurdles: firstly to find out how well they know their produce, secondly a test of how many flavours they can taste in a dish and finally a mystery box cooking challenge. Ten competitors, three hours, three challenges, one winner, one prize.
