1. To enter the competition, simply upload your baking image through the Wellington Bake Club Photo Competition Application on the Visa Wellington On a Plate Facebook Page, put your first name, email address, and phone number into the appropriate fields once you have uploaded your image
2. Entries must be received by midnight 17 August 2011. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.
3. The Public can vote for each photo once a day during the voting period. The public voting period runs 1am Thursday 18 August 2011 – midnight Thursday 25 August 2011. The three photos with the highest number of public votes become the finalists.
4. The winners will be selected from the finalists by a panel of Visa Wellington On a Plate judges by 5pm Monday August 29 2011. The winners will be notified via the phone number provided on the entry form.
5. If the winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize by Monday 5 September 2011 or has provided incorrect contact details, the prize will be given to the runner up.

7. By submitting your content you grant to Visa Wellington On a Plate a non-exclusive, non-revocable, worldwide, perpetual right to use this in any manner or media.
8. You are responsible for ensuring that any photos you submit does not, and will not, violate the rights of any third party rights of any kind. You warrant and represent that you own or control all rights in any photos that you submit.
9. Visa Wellington On a Plate retains the rights but not the responsibility to edit or remove any photos submitted for any reason its sole discretion.
10. Staff and immediate families of The Promoter (Visa Wellington On a Plate and New World) are not able to win.
11. The prize is a $1000 Cookware set from Kirkcaldie & Stains. Plus spot prizes of cookbooks, restaurant vouchers, and New World Gift Cards.
12. Travel and other incidental costs associated with claiming any prize, are the responsibility of the winners.
13. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
14. In the event that a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond The Promoter’s control, The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
